员工 表演 评价 政策

 

员工 表演 评价概述:

The 人力资源 Manager shall prepare a job-related system for 评价 the work performance of all covered 员工s. 的目的 员工 评价 shall be primarily to inform 员工s how well they are performing their work and how they can improve their work performance. 的性能 评价 may also be used in determining merit increases; as a factor in determining order to layoff; as a basis for training, 促销活动, 降级, 转移, 或解雇, and for other purposes as set forth in the 桃县 Personnel 政策 and Procedures. It is the joint responsibility of each 员工 and their supervisor to ensure performance 评价s are completed and submitted on time. Failure to complete and submit 员工 评价s on time may result in limited retroactive pay.

绩效考核:

1)      评价 日期: 所有的常规 员工s shall be given a performance 评价 每年. 评价s shall be performed each year according to the 员工’s anniversary date of hire, designated by the 人力资源 Manager as the “评价 期.” Raters shall consider the 员工s’ job performances during the previous year. 员工s may also be evaluated at the time of separation.

 

2)      评价评价s shall be prepared by the immediate supervisor of each 员工 and reviewed by the department head or appointing authority. A pattern of substandard performance as reflected in the 员工’s 评价 may be grounds for discipline, up to and including termination.

 

3)      回顾与 员工s: The evaluator shall discuss each performance 评价 与 员工 被评估. If an employe disagrees with any statement in an 评价员工 may, within five (5) working days following the conference 与 员工主管:

a)       Submit a written Statement which shall be attached to the 评价 form and forwarded to the 人力资源 Manager for inclusion in the 员工个人档案,或

b)      File a grievance pursuant to the 政策 covering Grievances and Appeals.

 

4)      的变化 评价If a department head requests an alteration of the performance 评价 形式 员工 after it has been officially submitted to the Human Resource Manager, such requests shall be in writing and shall set forth fully the reasons for the request.

 

5)      表演 Merit Increase: Is a lump sum amount received during the 评价 期, usually the budget/calendar year.

a)       The 表演 Merit increase is for rewarding:

(1)    Outstanding achievement and results during the 评价 期.

(2)    Behavior that measurably exceeds the job expectations and standards established for the position.

b)      表演 Merit Increases must recognize extraordinary or superior achievements and are not intended for meeting minimal job requirements.

c)       表演 Merit Increase payments are one-time payments and are not factored into the 员工这是持续的基本工资.

d)      Merit Increase funds cannot be used for wage increases.

 

6)      表演 Merit Increase funding

a)       表演 Merit Increases are set 每年 by the County Board as part of the budget 过程.

b)      Department supervisors shall make performance merit increase recommendations to the Department Head based on the individual 员工 评价 过程.

c)       The 县管理员 and 人力资源 Manager must approve the recommendations within the allocated funds for performance merit increases.
